Pending industrial developments hold immense potential for the province, regions and communities yet are often beyond the capacity of local partners to maximize local benefits. There is an increasing focus on collaboration in economic development, both among communities, and between communities and industry associations and industry, chambers of commerce and other development stakeholders, including CBDCs. Recent shifts in global trade have led to uncertainty and provided both challenges and opportunities.
EDANL’s mandate is to enhance the profession by providing an active network for communication, information sharing, support, and professional development. EDANL must strengthen our capacity to meet the evolving needs of our members, and the communities and organizations you represent.
Pat Curran + Associates Inc. and Lead Consultant Pat Curran is working with us to update our strategic plan. Key elements of the planning process include a detailed literature review and jurisdictional scan, interviews and engagement sessions with members and key partners, and a member survey.
The following survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Your responses are confidential and will be presented only in aggregate form in the Key Findings Report and the later strategic plan. Members completing the survey are eligible to be entered into a prize draw for a free registration to the upcoming Annual Conference in St. Anthony on September 24-25, 2025.
The deadline for survey responses is Friday, July 25, 2025 at 4:30 pm.
If you have any questions about the survey, or the strategic planning process, please feel free to reach out to Pat Curran, CMC at 709.687.8774 or pat@patcurran.ca.
